They have Excellent customer service and the products they sell are very well build and US stocked with FAST shipping!!! If you have any questions they will get back to you ASAP and are very polite. I use this Fiber Laser almost every day and have not had any problems with it! They include a good 64bit computer that is setup and ready to go and instructions/videos right on the desktop for you! I WILL buy from them again!! A+++ ### ⭐⭐ Steep Learning Curve and Delayed Support *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2021* We bought this laser in 2019 and have been using it for marking and engraving Silver, Copper, Brass, and Steel. It was shipped from the US and arrived within a week securely packaged in a crate. We have little experience with laser engraving but after MUCH research settled on this engraver for our business. After watching all of the tutorial videos (no speaking just text in videos) we began engraving. The laser works, but there are so many settings that it is hard to get it set correctly for your specific application. And the Rotary tool is such a hassle that it is nearly impossible to configure settings to engrave correctly. You will ruin Many Rings and engraveables.My biggest problem with Triumph is that the support is delayed. They require skype messages for their support. If you are in the US you will send a message and wait until they respond in the middle of the night and then try their suggestion the next day. Usually it takes 4-5 messages back and forth before we can figure out a solution, or I just need to work in the middle of the night for them to help. Often their response is "Please refer setting manual" which is written in broken English with obscure general settings.If you have substantial metal laser engraving experience then I would recommend this for you. If NOT, then buy a US Supported laser. The extra cost will pay for itself. I personally will avoid Triumph laser products in the future.
