I bought a size 2-3 y/o for my daughter who is 2.5 years old and 35lbs for her 3rd birthday this September and it fits to big on her and very loose at the ankles but other than that it's very cute and true to color.

Made for cute mermaid teamed costume. My only issue is the quality is very low one legs hem came out within the first couple hours of wearing and before the first wash.

The pants are so cute! Shiny & colorful. They are too big & long for my daughter- and she isn’t a tiny girl. I got 4-5, which usually fits her perfectly, but it’s a little big. Headband is tight

Leggings were super cute! A touch to big but I made do. Headband that came with it was sewn funny. The bow wasn’t sewn straight so it was cock-eyed a bit.

Adorable! The colors are gorgeous and fun, definitely looks like a mermaid! Our 2 year old daughter loves these pants.

My daughter loved these pants. She had to wear them right away. Not great quality though, the colored scales are rubbed off on the knees and on the bottom of the pants with just one day of wearing. Very disappointed because this is her birthday outfit.

Fit way too big. The 6-12 months are big for my 2year old. The 2year size fits my 9 year old. They are extremely cute though. I now need to order a smaller size for the baby because I wasn’t planning on them for my 9 year old but that’s okay.
