If your Aeron chair came without I would definitely recommend buying one. However I did sit in the chair for about a week without it and It was still very comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect fit *by F***D on July 18, 2019* The foam insert in my Herman Miller Aeron chair has deteriorated over the years and needed to be replaced.I ordered this item based on reviews and it was perfect.The 3M tape on the back stuck well and the size was perfect. If your old insert deteriorated like mine, make sure to remove any lingering foam or residue using alcohol wipes in order to allow the new insert to seat well otherwise you may have issues positioning it or staying stuck over the coming years. ### ⭐⭐ Does not fit size B very well *by H***R on August 11, 2024* Didn’t fit the Aeron Size B very well. It was not long enough overall.
