We used these on our ceiling and we constantly have to tear them off and replace them. Some of the caulking we used even ate through the foam material.. **Q: Can you staple them up ceiling ?** A: I don't think that would work out very well. These are extremely thin and soft. Staples would likely just rip right through the material. The fast grab type of caulk has been very easy.
