The mattress is classed as firm which refers to the excellent bounce back ability of the mattress as you sleep/sit on it - so you get the softness/cushioning to support when sleeping but it won't feel like you're sinking into it. It comes in a washable cover and is delivered vacuum packed and rolled which makes transporting easier. Marcapiuma were very good at keeping me up to date on delivery/despatch timescales etc. It's been a challenge trying to find a suitable mattress so was very glad when I came across this one and I've been very impressed.
