But I’ve personally noticed that they tend to take around half an hour longer than Immodium Instants. These tablets are the same type of thing, dissolve on the tongue with a mild mint flavour, not unpleasant though there is a slight chemically aftertaste, a quick swish of water does the trick but as many of these drugs are absorbed through blood vessels in the mouth I put up with it. It’s worth noting that they’re not “instants” they take maybe ten seconds to dissolve, on average. You don’t need water but keep some handy first time, in case you don’t like the taste.
