HOWEVER the material is very thin (you cannot see through it but...) it feels almost like cheap bed sheet material rather than the slightly heavier stretchy material I was expecting. The waistband stretches but the rest of the pants do not.I also wouldn't personally wear this as a dress as it makes you look like you're wearing an old potato sack but perhaps that's just my opinion... I think this would work well as a dress on someone who is pregnant as the fabric would be pulled into the front region giving the back more definition and less... I'll say 'poofy' appearance. (Keep in mind I'm about 5'5" and around 100 lbs)Long story short: it's very obviously cheaply made and I wouldn't pay $20 for it when there are similar alternatives at $8-$10. I contacted customer service and they sent me out 2 more pairs free of charge! I did not expect an additional pair and was delighted. Their customer service is excellent.
