Review: Diminishes gray hair & it easy to take - I started getting this liquid form during covid lock down, as the pill form became completely unavailable. As a result, I now only use this liquid form as it's easier to take (tasteless), and is more easily absorbed into the body. I take this to diminish my gray hair and it works great! I barely have ANY gray hairs and I was born in the 60's. Even my hairdresser notices, as she's younger than me, and she has way more gray hair than I do. I originally got the 8oz bottle to try it out. Now that I like it, I get the 32oz bottle and just refill my smaller, 8oz bottle and leave it on my counter (so I remember to take it every day). The 32oz bottle is pretty big, so I store it in a cupboard. This is also a better value for your money than the pill form, so I'm happy I stumbled upon it. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to diminish their gray hair
