I actually like wearing it in daytime, too, for just a little extra visibility. About the sizing: I'm about a 34D, my husband wears a men's S/M, and it fits around our chests fine. I think the sizing description where it lists a wide range for each size is probably a little misleading, and is the reason I didn't purchase the M to begin with. There's only about 3 inches of velcro on each side for adjusting. They are short. These only cover the chest, not any of the stomach (the bottom hits right under my bust). The pocket is large enough to hold my big phone, but of course, it weighs down the front of the vest.
