I have lost weight using this machine daily. I do 30 minutes in the morning and evening everyday. I also improved my eating habits. I've gone from 188 to 165. My muscle tone has improved in my arms, back, but not so much in my legs. I gained weight after a bad ankle fracture left me idle for over six months. It took about 2 and a half months to get back to my current weight of 165. **Q: how about use for a short person?
