Cistanche is perfect for me as it is strong but gentle and has little of the risks that some of the "harsher" yang tonics pose. Within a few days of adding this to my regime I felt a subtle calm and a bit deeper sleep. Looking forward to increasing benefits. I do suggest starting slowly as tonifying take time for the body to process.
