An ok fan but maybe more expensive than it should be *by V***C on February 27, 2023* To those with the reviews of "so quiet you couldn't even hear it" - This is clearly NOT TRUE. While it doesn't sound like a cessna about to take off, it is a fair bit noisier than my other panasonic fans - which I can BARELY hear. I did use the supplied reducer to down size to fit my existing exhaust pipe - but my panasonic's also use the same size ductiing. Now that its in - I'm living w it - its still better than what it replaced, and its the kid's bedroom. I will be splurging to get another panasonic for the master bath. The instructions were not so clear - the bracket attaching to the duct hooks in UNDER the fan bracket.
