It still works great and has like 10,000 hours on it. This new one is amazing! I love the way it was shipped. Totally damage free, packed well, and very easy to assemble and put in action. I broke it in with a 26 lb turkey, and a 16 lb packer brisket after that. Happy family! There are a lot of smoker grills out there, and I've had a couple brands, and Louisiana Grills is the best HANDS DOWN! So spoil yourself and buy the best. Your family and crew will love your for it! ### ⭐ Terrible quality *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2019* Grill worked for a month but stopped holding temperature. They told me I needed a control panel. Over the course of a month, they've tried to replace the part, but the replacements don't fit with the existing trim kit. And at one point they sent entirely the wrong part. So they sent another new board and new trim kit, assuming that would fix it but the new pieces don't even fit each other.
