She used it once snd loved the pictures, but was unable to open or unlock it when she tried to use it again. After considerable complications and red tape, she returned the camera, and was told that the 30 day warranty had expired and that it would cost her $90 to repair. After more red tape, you returned the camera to her. She wonders whether your company sent her a camera that was not new, but just refurbished, as the box that the camera originally came in was not the original box for the camera, nor was the manual or the warranty. Fujifilm told her that the warranty was incorrect, hence the $90 charge.....I will NEVER purchase anything from you again! Totally unsatisfactory, poor customer relations, unnecessary complications! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent value with exception quality pictures! *by J***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2019* My daughters took this on a trip to Florida and they were able to take lots of great pictures that were clear and in focus. I was in a panic when I was packing their stuff, so I couldn't find the battery charger.
