The main reason for purchasing this was the "adjustable height" aspect, which is very crucial for child in a growing age. Now after 6 months of usage itself ... the height adjustment factor has stopped working ... and there is NO SUPPORT available ....Other aspects of the products are good... good quality plastic, no sharp edges, easy to assemble (time consuming though)... sturdy ... but when the main feature of the product fails ... it's painful.
