I have never had a calculator function like this and I have had several other Casio models. Can confirm (X x Y% +/-) will get you the correct total "10 x 10% -" will get you 9 as an answer just as "10 x 10% +" will get you 11. Annoying to have to take an extra step, whatever Casio I'm sure you have your reasons. **Q: On this calculator 50-10%=400 and 50+10%=55.55. What am I doing wrong?** A: To add or subtract a % from a number, using the % key, you first have to multiply the number by the %, then press + or –. Examples: To calculate 50 plus 10%, enter 50 x 10% (answer 5), then press + (answer 55).
