The packaging was a little damaged by royal mail, (but there was also a gorgeous free fabric face mask inside!) I called Masumi as it was a Christmas gift and was assured of a call back, and their customer service was fantastic. Ali, the MD, called me back, apologised and offered to send a free gift box for the item. True to his word, the box duly arrived, my auntie was thrilled with her gift. Kind and caring customer service and beautiful products shown in an extensive catalogue, and you can choose a hat/scarves to make up a gift box of your own. What a great experience I had, and have already recommended to a friend wants to buy for a friend.
