I bought them as cake toppers for my toddler's upcoming police themed birthday. They are actually made out of metal, not plastic. I was surprised that the quality was way too good to be just cake toppers so I just gave them to my son. My 35 months old toddler is loving them and has been playing everyday with his duplo Lego figures. I just purchased one more set last week so I can put them in goodie bags.
