Would you help me with that?** A: I would say that's damaged from the sound of it.. the detachable mic has its own slot which must be inserted properly for use.. (to prevent static lag) so if the head of the mic attachment has detached I would advise checking if any wires are exposed and take the necessary steps for recovery **Q: Is there any warranty?** A: As for warranty, I'm unsure, but I can honestly say these have lasted a possible 4 times as long as other earphone companies. They take a bit of getting used to but that's normal. After continued use I can say I forget i have them in they're that comfy.. Great sound too with adjustable volume on the chord.
