Except one of the light trim rings was not attached when I removed it from the box and I am trying to figure out how to attach it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Company really needs to address a few things..... *by O***D on March 3, 2015* This unit would have received five stars if the first unit came in like the second shipment.....I am telling you, instructions were bad...real bad, and hardware was wrong. Interesting enough, the instructions were different on the second shipment (still not good, just better), and the hardware was correct (straight bar to hold stainless, instead of angle bar). Amazon was of course incredible and handled everything in a very professional manner with a high sense of urgency. Instructions still need lots of work, or, you can just ponder for a few days on how to install concealed brackets on wall then attach range hood... My advice to this company is to put a common sense person in charge of creating new instructions (someone not from engineering), fine tune the quality control for packaging of the brackets, and sales will go thru the roof. THIS IS A VERY NICE UNIT once you get it installed!
