This thing is pretty dang comfy. I weigh about 180lb and it doesn't flatten, it's sort of like memory foam. It will raise the height of your seat a bit, as you might expect, which actually worked really well for my desk/chair combo (my desk has always felt a bit high). I think they say it is supposed to keep cool, it's not uncomfortable but does warm up more than a normal seat, I'm not sure how it couldn't, since you sort of sink into it. It is kinda nice to have the gap in the middle to reduce pressure. The no-slip works well. The cover is removable. Price is about right. I broke my tailbone when I was a teenager and sitting on those chairs is rough. Needless to say, my back always ends up really bad afterwards. I figured it was worth a try to see if this product would be helpful. So far, it's helped a bit. The contour of where your legs go helps keep my hips aligned better. It's not a super soft cushion, but it's so much better than the chairs I'm used to sitting in for the job. I'm not sure how I feel about the hole in the middle. I understand the purpose, but it's definitely strange to me not to have the extra support. Something I really like is how it gradually gets smaller towards the top. When you lean on it, it doesn't press into your back weird.
