A: Yes most definitely

**Q: does it fit iPhone 7 plus ?**
A: I have an galaxy 8+ with a Otter case on it.  It will fix the phone horizontially with room to spare.

**Q: Will this fit the dashboard of a 2018 prius prime plugin?**
A: I don't know.  I have a 2004 Buick Rondevouz and it fits in the dead center of my sight behind the steering wheel.  The rest of the dash is too thick.  I hope that will not be the case for you.

**Q: Will this work for the samsung galaxy s10 plus with an otter box holster case?**
A: Yes it will it works for my note 8 with otter box and has plenty of room

Not sure the rating categories fit the product. Works OK, however a lot of the new dashboards do not have a lip to accommodate. Found it works using the sun visor.
