It was just about as easy to set up as pairing a blue tooth ear speaker/microphone so those who are not technically inclined should not have any problems. Also the remote control works very well and there are more than enough decibels to fill any room in my 1400 Sq Ft house.It is powered by a rechargeable battery and comes with the standard USB/Android charger cable. Thus the one concern I have is that this speaker may only last as long as the battery does but then that is the trade-off for a totally portable soundbar. The sound from this speaker is pretty much like a regular tv speaker, but that’s all I was looking for, so it’s fine. It comes with a teeny tiny instruction sheet that can barely be read. It has a light on the front that shows it’s on, but it flashes so is very distracting. I’m going to have to cover it because it’s giving me a headache. I didn’t realize that it doesn’t plug in, so I’m going to have to get a charger for it. All in all, it works but it’s not great.
