Quality very good. Fitting tip, put on patio slab with the cable through the middle, put on postcrete and level slab, dampen the postcrete and assemble the lamp. Check upright by eye, Adjust with cardboard or similar if necessary. Deassemble the top part of lamp and I put approximately 8 inches of postcrete in the base, add water and it gives a solid job.
