Read the reviews but I can’t relate what we received to the reviewers points. It is difficult to charge as the USB point is at a sharp angle. You don’t get a charger. Secondly - we cannot program it. The instructions are brief and omit key information. The only application in the strap we got to work was the stop watch. Nothing else could be set. The time and date we could not set right. It didn’t pick up all my Daughters steps. Finally - we couldn’t sync up with the app that I presume might let you adjust the time and date settings. Tokdum are keen for a review but can’t be bothered returning it to them. My Daughter is very disappointed do I need to pay for an authentic Fitbit that actually works!
