My ageing bum has sat on many many cushions on many continents over the years, and never have I used one as good as this. For nearly four months now, I have tested it to destruction in my usual way. NOT ONCE have I had an issue with aching joints, numbness or pins and needles. As far as I am concerned, it is the Rolls Royce of meditation cushions, and will be travelling with me to my next Vipassana retreat - Top top quality - do yourself a service, and just buy it !!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality! I've marked it down to 4 star because it wasn't quite as malleable/formable as others I've used but maybe I can fix this by taking out a little of the filler material. It just doesn't have the same softer feel as some of the others I've used in the past. This is a very minor point however, and probably comes down to personal preference at the end of the day. However, I bought the large one 20cm and it could have done with another five centimeters to make it 25cm in hight, I'm six foot three and for me I need a little extra hight when meditating so I place this meditation cushion on a small cushion off the sofa, it works well like that.
