When I notified Duex (by email) that the product didn't come on, I was asked to download a new driver (which didn't work) and then I was sent a link to Amazon and asked to order a new USB cable which they would refund via Paypal.As I don't have a Paypal account I asked for a bank transfer to my account which they declined.I doubt that a new usb cable will solve the problem anyway so I have returned the item.Also the product feels like a prototype rather than the finished article. The fitting instructions are poor and the magnetised fasteners don't seem to be the best attachment solution, they are also ugly on the laptop when the Duex is not attached. The USB cable is clumsy and as it has an entry point next to the power on/off button it prevents easy access to the button.
