It sprayed water everywhere but that’s not that big of a deal. My only other experience with a battery operated facial cleansing brush was when I bought a really cheapy one from Wish and it was awful but so far I really like this one. I’ve only used the gentle cleansing brush so far on my face and the exfoliating brush to exfoliate and wash of self tanner on my ankles, knees and elbows and it works really really good for that! Overall, I’m very pleased with this little brush and don’t feel at all like I’m missing out on the expensive face brushes! But who could learn on here if that was true. I don't know about anybody else but when I went to scrub my face with it, it was pitiful. I couldn't get any power out of it. I held it is is far away would still touching my skin in order to get it to turn. And yes I did have new batteries and they were the Duracell batteries. I just used it one time and it has been just sitting. I'm not happy with the product whatsoever. It is easy to use. Granted, this is the first and only face brush I have ever used, I can't tell the difference between the two brush heads bu they both work great for gentle exfoliation and cleaning your face. A warm tip, please make sure you wet the brush first before using it, if not it can feel a little rough.
