I origionaly had thought that there was only one protective sheet on two of the three frames I had brought and mistakenly thought it had been scratched. But after some helpful prompting from the seller, I realised that there was also a second protective film on the other two frames as well, no scratches. (the scratches were indeed on the film) The sellers have been very helpful and accommodating in trying to fix the problem- which had been my own mistake. The perspex is a little rough around the edges but this can not be seen in the frame. The frames them self look lovely. They have a little metal clip for hanging on the back and also have a sturdy fold out flap to stand up alone, both landscape and portrait. I think they are great value. Our wedding pictures look lovely in them.
