Super durable for high usage at a fitness studio. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the only option to charge the battery is by a plug. You can’t use rechargeable batteries or regular batteries. If someone forgets to charge it by plugging it in at night, you’re screwed! When we start class, they work decent, and as the 30 minute class goes on, they get quieter and quieter... until they don't work at all. Also, some of my instructors heads don't fit them at all and they have to wear a headband over it to keep it on their head. Super disappointed that they didn't even last 6 months (with use of windscreens) for how expensive they are. The mic stops working 4-5 times during my 1.5 hour class which I teach 4 days a week. I'm always within 20 feet of the base so distance shouldn't be a problem. I have to go over to the base and turn it off and back on to get it to connect again. I'm very disappointed in this product. I've owned 4-5 Samson mics over the years. All my previous Samson mics had problems with breakage so I chose this one because I thought it would be less likely to break and I was right about that. What I wasn't expecting was multiple random dropouts during my class, a problem I never experienced with my other Samson mics .
