### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is a very nice product, the only reason I have put 4 star is the price, a bit too expensive.

I used it for the "pastiera" (a traditional Easter sweet in some parts of Italy) and it does his job. The wheat is already cooked in water and there is a bit of salt, which it makes more tasty your dessert. So it is ready you don't have to pre- cook.
