Couldn't have asked for more. Before I bought these I used to suffer from a lot of shin/knee pain after running long distances, so I was looking for a pair of trainers that helped support that. I found them.They're perfect, I can now run 5km+ regularly and feel no side affects/pain afterwards. They are just what I needed.I have had them around a month and I can't even really see any signs of general wear and tear, meaning these are good quality trainers and will last. I use them at least three times a week, sometimes more. Though do note, I only ever use them indoors (at the gym), so how these trainers would cope outside in wet/muddy conditions I'm not sure, but if you plan on using them indoor with the treadmill, I would absolutely recommend.I use these trainers with insoles, which fit perfectly. If you are running long distances I would recommend you do the same. You can pick them up for about a fiver.Overall, great value for money. They are very light and absorb the shock excellently. The shoes also give a very good grip in wet weather, unlike some I have tried in the past. Construction material appears to be of good quality and they seem well made so they should pass the test of time.
