They actually contacted me concerning the lid being broken (even though it was no fault of the product). The fact that they were concerned and contacted me shows that they care about customer service and I like to encourage/support companies with such practices. I will definitely be doing business with them again.---When I bought this it did not state the capacity and it was smaller than I thought it would be, it's great they added that in the description now.I really like the design and it is a decent quality gaiwan. Unfortunately, I dropped the lid and broke it so it has been retired to merely a cup.I have a lot of gaiwans and I do think the price on this one is a bit high.
