I absolutely love it. Others have mentioned that you can just adjust it to where you would like it, and let go, and it stays. No more aiming just past your objective, then hoping it bounces back to the right place.I also love that I have never felt the need to lock it down completely. It stays put at a moderate tension, but still will move fluidly if you need to adjust the camera.This beats the stuffing out of my pistol grip trigger head.All metal body, feels very premium.The only strange thing is the quick release, but it works, just not how I'm used to. Personally, I wouldn't trust it to support more than fifteen pounds at an orientation other than horizontal or vertical, but I doubt that I'll ever need to support more than ten pounds. It feels sturdy with my Canon 80D with a 100-400mm or 28-300mm zoom lens. I really like the safety pin system. You just loosen the Arca Swiss style quick release clamp slightly, press the red button, and slide the quick release plate out of the clamp. With other Arca systems you have to loosen the clamp enough to tip the plate up and out of the clamp, which works fine, but I like the system better. I use this with a Fuji X-T1 and with a Nikon d7000 with an 18-200mm lens. It holds these cameras firmly and locks without the downward slip that less well designed bullheads exhibit.
