Consistency is key with any of these skin-improving lotions or creams, and I have been lazy. If I were you I would keep it by your bed and apply it just before getting into bed for the night. It will probably take a couple of weeks for you to see a difference. **Q: I desperately need a super powered moisture for my face and neck. How do I use this to 'plump me up?'** A: Cerave AM and PM are the best face lotions I’ve ever used. My dermatologist recommended it.
