Arrived Broken
Sound comes out the speaker but there is no audio or video on the HDMI output. There was no return shipping label included in the box and no information on how to contact the seller to return the unit.

Waste of Money. Do Not Buy.
This is truely the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. I purchased one dvd player that did not function at all. Then I had a replacement sent to me. The replacement only plays in black & white, if it decides it wants to play. And the sound glitches every 2 seconds. An absolute waste of money. Tested on 3 different TV's with the same outcome on each.

Need better customer service and support
I received the DVD very quickly, but have not been able to to play a DVD using the HDMI cable and the picture and sound is very poor using the coax cable ( picture is black and white and snowy. I'm going to have to return it if I can't find a phone number to customer service

It works well
I brought it for my kid to watch his Paw Patrol DVDs. It is easy to use and the quality is OK. The remoter is a little bit small but fortunately is the right size for a little kid. Only problem is that I found the dust cap is bit too tight to take off when I need to change the disk. A nice portable player and worth the price.
