Followed instructions carefully. I am familiar with Spanish keyboards, I just spent over a week working on one every day. This one tended to reverse capitals and lower case for some symbols or simply would not copy a symbol such as @! Called the company, no help there, apparently the one man that does tech support was out sick that day and the day before and they were "not sure if he is coming in tomorrow."
