Only problem I had was the wall transformer plug tip came out of the transformer broke the second time I used it. BUT it also has a USB cord and that can be used to power it. So that's a plus. I'm a big guy 299 lbs and the muscle in my biceps tapers rapidly at the joint so I have to make sure I pull it up as far as I can for good readings. Also this one has a cuff that fits. Doctors routinely have to swap out their standard cuff to extra large inn the office. So I was surprised this fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a basic machine it works.
