Snug around the top of the foot, snug around the heel, ideal room in the toe box. Very very comfortable. I purchased memory foam insoles, but I’m not going to bother trying them. One minor complaint is that I could see the “tongue” area maybe becoming irritating on a longer walk.The color is great. The material seems reasonable rugged and there’s no obvious poor manufacturing like weird color, bleeds or glue spots, loose thread etc.The one but; they very strongly of off gassing. I could smell them before un bagging them, not kidding. The smell to the point that I put them out on the porch to air over night because I could literally taste it in my living room with the shoes off and next to the door.
