I wanted something a bit nicer than what I had for weekends, running errands, etc. I didn’t really get it for any of the features and this is my first G-Shock. I usually wear a Movado for work but don’t want to wear it all the time when I’m outside of work so this is as much style as I need. I know G-shocks have a great reputation so I felt it was worth the price. Review: Solid watch with nice features - I was looking to go back to a non-smart watch when I stumbled across this watch. It combines a pedometer with a durable watch. But still has some great watch features (multiple timers, stop watch, etc). I also really like that I don’t have to charge it all of the time. It’s been very reliable so far. My only criticisms of it would me that the light has a very short timer.
