I’ve been using the “soft” setting and that has worked out well for a couple weeks now.I’m not a fan of “normal” or “pulse” mode because its just too much for my gums to handle. Maybe over time as they get healthier I can use a different setting…The actual operation is really straight forward. Fill the tank, connect your tip, and select a mode. I have braces so I needed an easy way to floss. Even on soft this gets in all the grooves and around all the hardware. I feel like my teeth are much cleaner and I don't have to worry about the damage all that food getting stuck is doing. I will say you have to be cautious with both the pulse and harder features as they're both so strong it is easy to cut your gums and tongue. I just leave it on soft and it does the job. It also holds a charge forever and when is does need plugged in it is fully charged quite quickly.
