I figured I had nothing to lose and ordered a pair. They are delivered quickly and I slipped them into my shoes and I was immediately amazed at how awesome my foot felt and how it didn't make either foot sore from the arch support. I kept them on from noon til bedtime and was so thankful that I was able to walk without excruciating pain. I bought another pair within a week so I didn't have to switch them out of my work shoes. Awesome product. I definitely recommend these for anyone to try before heading to the doctor for an expensive custom made pair. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for relieving plantar fascitis *by L***D on May 20, 2019* I bought these for my husband who was having some pretty severe plantar fascitis. I read up on insoles and decided on these for a few reasons- The arch support is rigid vs foam or gel, and secondly, the price point wasn't outrageous. And I was right. The relief he got from these insoles was immediate. His pain went from an 8 to a 2. He's only been on them for about 4 days now, and the unbearable, relentless pain from the PF has been greatly reduced, even after he takes his shoes off after a full 9 hour work day. So they're working both for immediate relief, and for the more slow healing/correcting process for that tendon. I got a new pair of work boots recently that were slightly large for me. The boots were pretty comfortable as far as the insole goes, but I needed something else inside in addition to my thick socks to help the fit of the boot. Have had them in my boots for only a couple weeks now, and it helped the fit of my boots just like I wanted, but boy are they ever more comfortable now! I didn't even know what I was missing!
