I no longer have to take Lansoprazole - haven't taken one in months. I started my road to digestive health by taking a tablespoon of raw honey with a tablespoon of organic cider vinegar in a cup of hot water once a day. After a couple of weeks, taking that and probiotics, I stopped the honey and vinegar. Once in a while if I feel a little indigestion (once a month or so,) I'll take the honey and vinegar, but never any more than once.
