The colors at the bottom kind of look like bleach stains so it takes a minute of looking at it to tell it is in fact intentional and not that you just made a mess when cleaning up - not exactly the thought you want people to have when you walk past them. I also found the cut at the waist line to be a little off. It flairs out in a funny way that makes your hips look extra exaggerated. I'm hoping this will soften over time with washing however right not it is not flattering at all. I will say to its credit it is nice and long which I like, I just wish I liked the cut and color better. Overall I don't think I would recommend this item because of the strange fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Retro Skirt *by L***R on February 26, 2019* Out of the box, we loved this skirt. The tie-dye style with the jagged hemline is retro back to the late 60's and early 70's. A skirt of similar style would have been right at home at the hippie scene in California and many other large cities of the era.The fit is just about perfect. The significant other is typically a medium, and this skirt fits quite nicely. Indeed, it looks pretty good on her. Matched with a black, blue, or white top, this skirt would fit right into a night on the town, even now.Our only concern is that the skirt is hand-wash only. We are hoping the delicate cycle on our washer will not destroy the skirt, because hand-washing is a pain.As for value, our rating is average. Considering the price, the value should be above average. However, we reduced our value assessment from above average to average because of the need to hand wash.Even though our value rating is only average, we really like this skirt. True, it may not be durable (the material is thin and seems like it might be fragile), and it requires hand-washing, but for now it looks good and it is affordable. While five stars might be stretching the rating, we like this skirt too much to keep the rating at five stars.Enjoy! ### ⭐⭐⭐ colors not as nice as in picture *by L***A on December 4, 2018* The skirt I received was not as brightly colored as the one in the online photo. It is more muddy looking. The skirt fits as expected, maybe even a bit on the large side. The points of the hem go all the way to my ankles, and I wear a 29 or 30 inch inseam. I thought this would be a fun addition to my wardrobe, but instead I am relegating it to the bin of Halloween costumes.
