Review: Easy Watercolour Pens - Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Colour range is good there's several hours of blues, reds, browns, greens, etc. I have never used watercolour pens like these before and I am getting used to them still. They dry fairly quickly on the watercolour paper (haven't tried them on other papers just in case I might damage them) and are excellent for detail work. The water pen also makes spreading and blending very easy but it is possible to over saturate the piece (I am new to watercolour, presumably those used to the medium won't have this problem). They worked really well for my abstract art as well as flower studies with little detail.

**Q: do these work on plastic?**
A: Unfortunately they do not work on plastic. It works perfectly on card and different types of paper.

**Q: what age range are these suitable for?  Would they be suitable for a 5 year old?**
A: I bought for my 6 year old then daughter. She loves them. I would say from age 4-5, as soon as kids understand that you don't need push too hard to draw. I really recommend them. Not a while ago bought different set with morw colours variety. I use them sometimes as well for my destressing  colourings 🤗

**Q: The thread works the opposite to the diagram on the water pen. Turn clockwise to open.**
A: Yes this is still the case! I broke mine 5 minutes after it arriving and had to buy another pack of water pens.

**Q: How do these compare to arteza?**
A: I bought 3 sets for my grandchildren , I tried them as well, they are fabulous…. Really good colours, absolutely great for kids.
