I had read online about how dioralyte works really well for hangovers, this is because of it's re-hydration properties. Now I am in my 20's my hangovers have become quite unbearable at times. I also have experienced some success with berocca with hangovers. I decided why not try both? I put on tablet of berocca and one sachet of dioralyte in a glass and added 200 mls of water, mixed it up and drank it. Surprisingly it tastes quite nice and did it work for hangovers? Yes I can say it works really, really well. I have even started drinking a mixture once before bed after drinking and then one when I get up.
