Great idea; really bad production
Like another review, product arrived with no instructions. I had read that review and figured that wouldn't be an issue, however there are multiple parts with no obvious configuration at first. The pieces are numbers but that really was no help. Why go through the trouble of numbering the parts with stickers and not bother to provide ANY instructions?!! Ultimately I used the product images as a guide to figure it out only to discover one of the adjustable rods was missing a push lock pin. I made a locking mechanism for it with a bolt I already had. Not ideal but it should work for my roughly 30 lb pup...Couple all the above with an extensively damaged box (it was boxed twice, heavily taped, and the hardware bag was ripped and the bolts were loose in the box though mine were the correct size) an questionable stability for a dog much heavier than mine (product rated at 60 lbs which seems unlikely) and I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very hard to assemble
If the bolts were even 1/8 inch longer it would have been a lot easier to assemble. I am using it over the back of my sofa where my dog likes to perch and look out the window. She was breaking down the sofa back, so hopefully this will help. She hasn't used it yet. One of the pieces was missing but I wasn't about to take it apart and send it back for a replacement. Didn't need the part anyway because of the way I set it up..

Broke Day 1!
Fabric ripped the first time my dog tried to lay on it...super poorly sewn, no strength to it at all!

Missing Parts :(
I was so excited to receive this product even with all of the negative reviews.....well, I am adding to the negative reviews. I have it 90% together and discovered it is missing pieces-- also it now says that the product is unavailable-- I cannot even find the parts to finish my assembly. Very disappointing.

This did not last two months. I have a 50 pound shep/ lad. Don’t wast your money

There are no instructions!!!!! And the screws aren’t long enough. This is ridiculous.

Included hardware is the wrong size.
The hardware included wasn’t long enough to assemble the bed. It is impossible to put together. Amazon shouldn’t allow this to be sold...
