Yes it should,depends on how high the tank is as the tank empties the water pressure will drop,however this is your best option for this situation but dont extend the maximum length over say 20m on a single run

### ⭐ THIS SOAKER HOSE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

This product does not fulfil the requirements of a reasonable soaker system. It is impossible to fill any reasonable length of hose line which then 'drip feeds' water at a low constant rate to irrigate along the length of the pipe. When normal pressure tap water is introduced into the hose-line all water dissipates at various flow rates over the first 5 to 8 metres of the hose-line. The hose tends to kink very easily and this weakens the pipe making it easy to tear open. It is not value for money. Extreme care is needed to fit any connection to the cut end of hose as it splits very easily. There is no comparison with the European Quality of the Hozelock porous soaker hose! This particular brand should be removed from the Amazon Prime list of products.
