Several reviewers complain that this bird bath is unstable and spills water.  It does.To stop this problem drill small 3mm holes just below the lip and fix the support chains every 90 degrees around the perimeter rather than every 120 degrees.  You will need a fourth wire or chain but the new bowl with four supports is stable and steady enough for visiting birds to feel safe.Problem solved, happy birds.

Happy with this. Nice size, holds nearly two litres of water. The only issue I have. The ornate bird on the edge throws the whole thing out of balance. I have compensated by adding a couple of pebbles to counter balance. Other than that, it’s great!
