The website it gives u is very informative for one who is just beginning. I have had many years of skills with several cameras. Even took classes n devoloping film. So it gave me a lot of chances to learn & know a lot of the, I'll just say "fancy words"...but there r all kinds of web sites that will help anyone.. What I am trying to say is that, if u want a telescope this is a great one..I'm loving mine..Just also look into a good case & extra lenses & filters...That way u can just enjoy your new Konus telescope..The only thing that I might c is for some might find that putting it together is slightly confussing, but @ the same time easy to figure out n the end.. Please though what ever telescope u get, enjoy, enjoy!! Cause the sky is so beautiful, so much more than with the naked eye.. But then again I Love to keep learning & the Konus telescope is giving me that chance..Remember go to thier web site. They give u all kinds of free lessons to learn.. I know I am... :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Terrible Documentation *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on June 16, 2015* Disclaimers: I purchased this as a gift for my son, maybe 8 years ago and he never even opened the box and I'm not sure where I bought it.I want to try this now but the instruction manual is appalling. This is a complicated tripod/mount and a novice like myself requires very detailed text and graphical instructions. I can't imagine a worse set of instructions. Konus really needs to get on the ball and get an English speaking individual to assemble the telescope and compile a detailed set of instructions. A Youtube video would help also. Yesterday I contacted KonusUSA in Miami and asked for a current instruction manual. They took my email address and promised to send one but I haven't received it yet. Also, they seemed in a rush to get off the phone so I'm not too hopeful for the manual.Furthermore, there doesn't seem to be any support on the Konus website.My purpose in writing this review is to give Konus a kick so they will see that they have to do better in customer support. It does look like a swell telescope.
